How Can I Check the Progress of my Seymour Duncan Order?

Shortly after placing your factory direct order with Seymour Duncan, you should receive an order confirmation email with a five digit order ID number. 

Your order will show as "in progress" until it is ready to ship.

When your order has shipped, you should receive an email with your tracking information.

Please be aware that our factory is closed on weekends and most major holidays. 

Typically, orders ship out within 48 business hours of being placed, except for Custom Shop pickups are made to order, and will typically take 6 to 8 weeks for us to build and ship.

NOTE: Our factory had recently suspended operations for several weeks due to Covid 19 shelter in place policies in California. We are gradually reopening, so web direct orders may take up to 5-7 days to ship out. We are not taking any Custom Shop or Shop Floor Custom orders at this time.
